Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the online sales of Japanese calligraphy products offered by ebisu design on ebisudesign.com. By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

  1. Order and Payment
    You can order the Products by selecting them on the Website and following the instructions for checkout. You will need to provide your name, address, email, phone number and payment details. You can pay for the Products using one of the payment methods available on the Website. ebisu design will confirm your order by email and will provide you with an estimated delivery date.

     

  2. Delivery and Shipping
    The ebisu design will deliver the Products to the address you provided when placing your order. ebisu design will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Products within the estimated delivery date, but cannot guarantee that the products will arrive on time. ebisu design is not liable for any delays or damages caused by the delivery service or by events beyond our control. The shipping costs for the Products are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and are displayed on the Website before you complete your purchase. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees that may apply to your order.

     

  3. Returns and Refunds
    ebisu design accepts returns and exchanges. Contact ebisu design within 7 days of delivery. Item/s must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery. Personalised products cannot be returned. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item/s is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. ebisu design does not accept cancellations once order is entered and in production. Contact ebisu design if there are any problems with an order.
    *NOTE: Please remember that due to the nature of handmade items, there may be slight variations and imperfections.

     

  4. Warranty and Liability
    ebisu design warrants that the Products are of satisfactory quality and conform to their description and images on the Website. If you receive a defective or incorrect Product, you must notify the Seller within 7 days of receiving it and return it within 14 days. ebisu design will replace or refund the Product at its discretion. ebisu design’s liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Products or the Website is limited to the amount you paid for the Products. The Seller is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages, such as loss of profits, data or goodwill.

     

  5. Intellectual Property Rights
    ebisu design owns or has a license to use all intellectual property rights in the Products and the Website, including but not limited to the design, layout, images, text and trademarks. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any part of the Products or the Website without the Seller's prior written consent.

     

  6. Privacy Policy
    The Seller respects your privacy and will only collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, which is available on the Website. By placing an order on the Website, you consent to ebisu design processing of your personal information as described in its privacy policy.

     

  7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms and conditions or your use of the Products or the Website will be subject to negotiated settlement, which will be final and binding.
