Pre-prepared or Made to Order traditional Kanji.
 
All canvas' are hand brushed with Sumi ink onto a wooden 3cm thick frame with stretched canvas, finished with a clear lacquer. Each Kanji has its own essence and significance. The Kanji are not only symbols of meaning but are also representations of the movement and the energy of the brush. They can be single or double Kanji.
 
The brush follows the breath and the emotion of the calligrapher, creating a very personal work. Miho's contemporary calligraphic approach has a foundation of traditional techniques producing a truly original piece of art.
