ebisu design accepts returns and exchanges of the pre-made work. Please contact Miho within 7 days of delivery. All item/s must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item/s are not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
