RETURN & REFUND POLICY
EBISU accepts returns and exchanges. Contact EBISU within 7 days of delivery. Item/s must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item/s is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
NOTE: Due to the nature of handmade items, there may be slight variations and imperfections.
EBISU does not accept cancellations once order is entred and in production. Contact EBISU if there are any problems with an order.
